Invictus Exterior Construction LLC collects consent to send text messages verbally, during a phone call with the property owner. We do not purchase, rent, or import phone lists, and we do not text anyone who has not asked us for service.
Where Consent Is Collected
- Inbound calls to our office from homeowners requesting an inspection, repair, or estimate.
- Outbound callbacks to homeowners who submitted a request form on this website.
- On-site conversations with a homeowner during an inspection or estimate walkthrough.
The agent asks for consent, the customer answers yes or no, and the answer is recorded in our customer record with the date, time, and the name of the agent who collected it.
Verbal Opt-In Script
Invictus agent: "As part of your project with Invictus Exterior Construction, we can send you text message updates about your inspection, appointment times, crew arrival windows, and estimate or insurance claim status. You would get roughly two to ten messages per month depending on where your project is. Message and data rates may apply. You can reply HELP at any time for help, or reply STOP at any time to stop the texts. Our messaging terms are at invictusexterior.com/sms-terms and our privacy policy is at invictusexterior.com/privacy-policy. Do you agree to receive these text messages, yes or no?"
Customer: "Yes."
Invictus agent: "Thank you. I have you enrolled. You will get a confirmation text from us shortly, and you can reply STOP at any time to opt out."
If the customer answers no, the agent records the refusal and the number is not enrolled. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

Frequency, Rates, HELP and STOP
Message frequency varies, typically two to ten messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or call (713) 480-8877. Reply STOP to cancel at any time; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages.
Mobile Data Sharing
Mobile numbers and messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. They are used only to deliver the service messages described in our SMS Terms of Service and are handled per our Privacy Policy.
Record Keeping
Every verbal opt-in is logged in our customer records with the phone number, date and time of consent, the agent who collected it, and any later opt-out. Records are retained for as long as the number remains enrolled and for a reasonable period afterward.
