1. Program Description
Invictus Exterior Construction LLC ("Invictus Exterior Construction", "we", "us") operates an SMS program that sends service-related text messages to homeowners and property owners who have requested an inspection, estimate, or project work from us, and to our own staff and contractors for internal job coordination.
Messages are operational and transactional in nature. Examples include: confirmation that we received your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, crew arrival windows, estimate and insurance claim status updates, invoice and payment reminders, and replies to questions you send us.
2. How You Opt In
You may consent to receive text messages by:
- Verbally agreeing during a phone call with our office when we ask if we may text you about your project.
- Submitting a form on this website with your mobile number and checking the messaging consent box.
- Texting us first at our published business number.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services. See our opt-in and consent policy for the exact language we use.
3. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by the stage of your project. Most customers receive between 2 and 10 messages per month. During an active roof replacement or insurance claim, you may receive more.
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Invictus Exterior Construction does not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving messages depending on your plan.
5. Getting Help

6. Opting Out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further texts. You can rejoin at any time by texting START to the same number or by asking our office to re-enroll you.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to carrier and network conditions.
8. Privacy
We do not sell or rent mobile numbers. Mobile information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We share phone numbers only with service providers that operate our messaging and customer records on our behalf, and only to deliver the messages described above. See our Privacy Policy.
