The 15-point inspection checklist

What the written report looks like
Within 24 hours of the inspection you receive a PDF report by email. Cover page summarizes overall system health (Good / Fair / Poor / Replace) and remaining service life estimate. Body of the report shows each finding with location (front elevation east corner, etc.), photograph, severity rating, and recommended action. Final page summarizes priority repairs (do this season), maintenance items (do this year), and future replacement timing. If work is recommended, a separate written estimate is attached. The report is yours to keep, share with insurance adjusters, or hand to the next contractor you call.
After-storm inspection (urgent)
